KRISTINA DRURY  ||  Principal

Kristina Drury is a social entrepreneur, designer, educator and the founder of TYTHEdesign. By taking a human-centered approach, TYTHEdesign helps organizations connect with their stakeholders, drive innovation internally, enhance new and existing services and develop resource-efficient programs that create social value.

Prior to forming TYTHEdesign, Kristina worked as the NYC chapter head for Project H Design, a charitable organization focusing on product design for social change. While there, she was a lead designer of Learning Landscape, an educational active-learning playground that was featured at Cooper Hewitt’s 2010 National Design Triennial. Her diverse background includes work in corporate social responsibility, education, social innovation, industrial design, and architecture. She holds a Masters in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute and a Bachelors of Science in Architecture.


Kristina’s work and publications have taken root around the globe. Most recently, she has been recognized as an Innovation Expert for UNDP and selected to present at Clinton Global Initiative University’s annual conference. As an educator, she has taught classes, workshops and training to build the capacity of over 5,500 change makers, civic leaders and entrepreneurs. Her teaching and speaking experiences include engagements at Columbia University, Harvard University and the Cooper Hewitt Museum.


HILLARY CLARK  ||  Project Manager and Program Strategist. 

At TYTHE, Hillary Clark supports program management, workshop designand facilitation and community engagement. Hillary has worked as a connector and placemakerin Vermont and NYC, supportingcollaborations between stakeholders and the communities they wish to serve.


Prior to joining TYTHE, Hillary was an Associate Manager at the New York Public Library where she worked across diverse communities inNYC supporting Adult Programming. Hillary spearheaded library-wide campaigns focusing on civic engagement, ensuring that communitiesand libraries were connected to and empowered with the resources they need. As a library administrator, Hillary has worked onstaffcapacity building, community engagement, and program design. Hillary was responsible for creating, and implementing a clear vision andstrategic direction for programming throughout the 92 branch system. She has led staff training on access, inclusion and facilitation, as wellas building partnership collaborations across the Library and throughout the city. Her work is bolstered in system of research andevaluation. She holds a Master in Arts and Cultural Management from Pratt Institute and a BA in Sociologyfrom the University of Vermont.


CLAUDIE MABRY  ||  Program Strategist

Claudie Mabry is a Strategist with TYTHEdesign where she supports program management, business development and communications, and facilitation, as well as community engagement. She also works as an Associate Consultant with Daniel Lim Consulting, (a long-time partner organization of TYTHE) on diversity, equity, and inclusion trainings. She has also served as a Program Consultant with the Naturally Occurring Cultural Districts (NOCD-NY) on both neighborhood and citywide arts and culture advocacy and policy since 2015.


Prior to her current roles, Claudie worked as the inaugural Director for Capacity Building for the Mayors Action Plan for Neighborhood Safety (a program administered by the Center for Court Innovation). Here, Claudie designed a training module for over 200 public housing residents across NYC centered around strategies for community organizing, placemaking, and co-designing sustainable goals for public safety. Before arriving at the Center for Court Innovation, Claudie worked as the Manager of Community Partnerships at Groundswell Community Mural Project, a leader in the sector of arts for social justice. Here, Claudie managed over 55 mural projects fabricated by teaching artists and youth participants, in partnership with government and community-based organizations.


She holds a MS in Urban Policy Analysis and Management and a BA in Urban Studies, both from The New School.
