Impact starts with relationships.

TYTHE couldn’t have achieved what we have without the partnership and collaboration of the communities and clients we work alongside. We see our projects as partnerships. The clients with whom we collaborate are the ones on the ground in the communities doing the work to make them healthy and resilient. We are lucky to be invited behind the curtain and treated as a member of the team. It is a privilege to be able to support them in the great work they are doing.

Since our formation in 2010, TYTHEdesign has connected with more than 20,000 community members through virtual or in-person engagements. We’ve facilitated over 800 workshops, classes, and events, training 8,200 government workers and social sectors workers. Our impact has reached all five boroughs, 35 government agencies, and more than 170 social good organizations. 

TYTHE’s long-term clients have become members of our family as much as we have become part of theirs. This speaks to the foundation of our work as relationship-builders. Not only are we talking about the value of building relationships with our clients, we model that in our interactions and collaborations with them. We are invested in these projects beyond their completion. We follow up. We track how things have been implemented. These aren’t our successes to celebrate. These wins belong to our clients, and we are honored to be able to toast them.
