Kristina Drury is a social entrepreneur, designer, educator, and founder of TYTHEdesign. She led the NYC chapter of Project H Design, a nonprofit focused on product design for social change. She was a lead designer of Learning Landscape, an active-learning playground featured in Cooper Hewitt’s National Design Triennial. Her background spans corporate social responsibility, education, social innovation, industrial design, and architecture. She holds a Master’s in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
Kristina’s work and publications have reached audiences worldwide. She has been recognized as an Innovation Expert for UNDP and presented at the Clinton Global Initiative University conference. As an educator, she has trained more than 5,500 changemakers, with teaching and speaking engagements at Columbia University, Harvard University, and the Cooper Hewitt Museum.

Aliza Sarian is an educator and consultant whose work bridges arts and social impact. Guided by the belief that creativity fuels civic engagement, she designs learning experiences that help individuals and communities imagine new possibilities for themselves and society.
She began her career as an arts educator in New York City public schools, where for more than 15 years she developed curricula centered on storytelling, personal narrative, and community-engaged theatre. Her classrooms support young people in exploring identity, empathy, and social responsibility.
Aliza is currently Lead Curriculum Specialist at TYTHEdesign, where she develops trainings and civic engagement programs for organizations including the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development and City Harvest. She has consulted for Lincoln Center, facilitated professional development across North America, and served as an artist-in-residence at the University of the Arts Singapore, supporting emerging arts educators.

At TYTHE, Hans Callenbach supports all external and internal visual communications projects. Hans has a broad range of design skills from info-graphics for civil litigation, to books for non-profits and websites for a wide variety of industries. He combines his passion for driving projects with hands-on contributions to the design and development of new products. He delivers real-world products with a focus on solutions, bringing intelligence and integrity to his collaboration with each client.
Hans Callenbach came to NYC from Berkeley for his first editorial design position at SPIN magazine and never left the City. Moving into fashion editorial, his next stop was Fairchild Publications who later sent him to Paris as Art Director of European W magazine. After three years eating way too much cheese, he arrived back in NYC to take a position as Art Director for North American Bear Co., a wacky unbelievably creative place, creating sets and fashion shoots and catalogs for couture teddy bear costumes.
Over the past fifteen years, we have built a strong network of consultants across the city. We draw on this talented group based on each client’s needs to ensure every project meets its goals. Our rotating roster of collaborative consultants represent the communities we serve and bring expertise to our varied projects, allowing our small firm to provide you with the right team to meet your needs.
