Kristina Drury is a social entrepreneur, designer, and educator. Over the past five years, Kristina has led TYTHE to work with over 75 clients and support organizations creating impact on a local and global scale.
Prior to starting TYTHEdesign, Kristina co-led the nonprofit Project H Design, a charitable organization focused on design for social change, and directed social innovation at Get Storied. Her diverse background includes work in corporate social responsibility, education, social innovation, industrial design, and architecture. She holds a Masters in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute and a Bachelors of Science in Architecture.

Grace Moore is a Design Strategist at TYTHEdesign who has built a career at the intersection of business, design, and social impact. Her diverse experience includes communications, marketing, research, sales, and fundraising work with Hot Bread Kitchen, TYTHEdesign, Small Fry, Slow Food USA, and Envirosell. She holds a BA in Anthropology from Dickinson College. When she’s not working, you can find her riding her bike, throwing pots, and making a mess in her Brooklyn kitchen.
Christopher Ranjitkar leads TYTHE communications strategies and tactics. He has over seven years of professional communications experience spanning media relations and publicity, investor relations, internal communications and crisis responses. Christopher has worked with a wide range of companies, from nimble four-person consultancies to multi billion-dollar global companies. He has hands-on experience in establishing, building and fostering business relationships for organizations with many of their most important external stakeholders and internal constituencies. Christopher received his Bachelor of Commerce at McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management and is currently pursuing his MBA at the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. He is a member of the Public Relations Society of America.
Ashley Halsey works as an Illustrator + Graphic Designer on the TYTHEdesign team. She has extensive publishing experience after working as a book designer for over 6 years – first at HarperCollins Publishers and then at Macmillan Children’s Books. During that time she has also undertaken numerous freelance illustration and design projects – primarily for non-profit organizations. Ashley has illustrated books for the Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation and the Mystic River Historical Society, as well as working with American Farmland Trust to create illustrations for their quarterly magazine. Nothing brings Ashley more satisfaction than working to create something that helps communicate and publicize an important cause.
