About This Project

Supporting a creative and adaptable problem-solving approach between civil servants and the public

TYTHE has partnered with nonprofit organization, Public School, in offering courses for civil servants. The workshops help teams improve their capacities to design and deliver easy-to-use, efficient and effective public services. TYTHE’s training draws on their experience in the field, offering case studies and interactive modeling to bridge the gap from theory to practice and ensure participants walk away with a firm grounding of the subject at hand, regardless of background.

OUR STRATEGY

TYTHE designs trainings to be highly interactive to drive home the experience of a collaborative and creative process between civil servants and constituents. Courses have also been delivered to specific populations, with scenarios designed in collaboration with clients. In order to support the unique needs of each group, TYTHE tailors learning objectives to the context, experience level, and potential uses of participants.

THE OUTCOME

A More Creative and Collaborative Civil Servant Community

Over the past six years, TYTHE has taught over 3,500 change makers, civic leaders and individual practitioners across a variety of government agencies.

Ongoing Learning and Implementation

To ensure that workshops are not one-off experiences, TYTHE provides supplemental training materials and one-on-one support to organizations so that leaning and opportunities for implementation continue to foster.
